Crunchy Tacos are tacos served at all Taco Bell locations that consist of a crispy corn tortilla shell stuffed with ground beef, lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese. They may also be available "Supreme," meaning sour cream and diced tomatoes are added as well. Crunchy Tacos can be found on Taco Bell's Why Pay More? Value Menu, priced at 89¢.

VariantsEdit

• Volcano Taco is similar to a Crunchy Taco, but features a distinctive red taco shell, as well as spicy Lava Sauce.
• Double Decker Taco features a Crunchy Taco wrapped in a soft flour tortilla shell, with refried beans in between the two shells.

ControversyEdit

In a series of Taco Bell television commercials that aired during the 1990's, it was implied that Crunchy Tacos may be a major cause of Taco-Neck Syndrome.
