The Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito is a menu item available at Taco Bell locations. It contains hearty beans, premium Latin rice, warm nacho cheese, and creamy jalapeno sauce wrapped up in a flour tortilla.[1] It sells on the value menu for only $1 which means it is a very cheap and delicious option. This is also a item that has no meat in it so it is vegetarian but not vegan. Taco Bell is yet to add a vegan option so for but at least you can customize majority of the taco bell items to your preference.
